Definitely a 5* review for our recent complete replacement of windows and doors in Ogwell. Joe listened to what our needs were and Lesley welcomed us into the office to have a closer look at the product they provided. The team of fitters Steve and Rich were polite, considerate and cleaned up at the end of each day. The whole job took 3 days to complete which could have been a nightmare but it was anything but. It was reassuring that they didn’t rush or cut corners to finish early. They offered a competitive price with no heavy sales pitch and we would happily recommend them to anyone.

We needed to replace a large stained glass window which was leaking and had water stains inside. Estuary were able to remove the window to get a copy made, and the new copy is fantastic.

Everyone we dealt with at the company was lovely too, from the initial survey through to the final re-installation of the window. Will definitely use them again.

After last years Baltic wind streaming through my old PVC front door and sons bedroom window,it was time for a new one. My neighbour recently had new windows and door installed. After 3 absurd quotes for said door, he recommended Estuary View.
Firstly the price was way cheaper than previous quotes. It was excellent service from start to finish. I was working at time of installation. Came home to a spotless house and a PINK front door. Chose the crown design. First thing I noticed after standing outside for 20 minutes admiring door,was how quiet and draft free it was.
Thanks guys. All I need to do now is to stop finding excuses to go out the front door and come back in!

I am thrilled with my new front door. I called Estuary view, Joe popped out for a chat about my requirements and took measurements, leaving me with info to choose and order my door. Lesley then called to arrange installation once the door was ready and it was Installed yesterday by a very cheerful duo, quickly and cleanly with no fuss.

Great service from start to finish, smooth and stress free! The project was having all windows replaced upstairs and two downstairs. Competitively priced with a sensible lead in time. After having the windows of our quirky wonky little cottage done by these guys (Residence 7) and being thrilled with the result, we got them back to replace our front and back doors. As before, both the products and customer service (from consultation and measuring to installation and finishing) were excellent. We are delighted with the result! Everything now matches 😁. The front of the house looks stunning as you approach, and the back stable door, as well as looking fantastic and being so useful, has a window which brings much needed light to a gloomy corner of our kitchen, and frames a view of the garden like a picture ❤️👍

We are absolutely delighted with our door, it looks great and is clearly good quality and well made.
The customer service at Estuary view is excellent - they came up with endless different designs for us till we were happy and nothing was too much bother. The measuring process was really good too - ours was not straightforward and they worked with us to find the best solutions until we had exactly what we wanted.
The fitting team were delightful and professional - they did a great job and managed to get the door to fit the awkward space.
They communicated well throughout the process and were always available!
I can't fault them and have already recommended them to friends.

We couldn't be happier with our new windows and doors and with the service we recieved from Estuary View. The whole process was pretty stress free considering what we had done. Fifteen windows, two sliding doors (including one window converted to a patio door) and 2 front doors (complete with cat flap). Richard gave us some fresh ideas regarding the direction of opening and we decided on the grey instead of white. We are so pleased with the choice and have had so many positive comments from neighbours and friends. Its really transformed the house and given it that 'kirb appeal' we wanted. The three fitters were a pleasure to have around for the week that it took and so tidy and considerate. Would really recommend these guys. Very professional.

The Estuary View team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Richard was very prompt at responding to our enquiry and coming out to quote - no nonsense, friendly and informative. The installation team, David, Joe and Ollie were also brilliant, very friendly, collaborative and kept us informed throughout. We had a small issue with a trim after installation and David came back out really quickly to update it, no questions asked. Lesley from accounts was also great, very responsive and informative. I had a glass roof panel in my conservatory that got completely shattered on the outer skin. Phoned Estuary View Windows and Richard came out that day to give a very competitive quote. I was worried that the conservatory wasn't safe to use, but I was reassured that it would be fine. Within 2 weeks the installations team - Joe, David and Ollie came to replace the panel. They were respectful, friendly and took great care of my home. The panel, which has a tint, was initially not quite the right shade, but Richard came back with the manufacturer and glass samples to have the panel made again. It seemed that nothing was too much trouble. A week later, the team came out and replaced with a perfectly matched tint.
I have been so, so impressed with this local company and have been telling friends and neighbours to go to them with complete confidence if they need any glazing work completed, big or small.
Estuary View are now in my contacts list as I have no hesitation in using them again (hopefully no more shattered panels though!). So much more professional, helpful and speedy than the national company I used originally to install.
Best wishes to all the team. They were a gem of a find.

These guys installed a bathroom window for me. The whole process was very easy. One visit to measure up and discuss requirements, and this was followed by a very reasonable quote, given the insane amounts I was receiving from larger corporate companies.
The works were booked in fairly quickly and communication was very good from start to finish.
On the day, three lads turned up, they were on time, friendly and worked well together. They cleared up afterwards and helped me with some bits so I could continue tiling around the bathroom.
Overall I'm really impressed with this company, and will certainly be returning in the future for further works. I did my research prior to instructing works and they appear to be a good and honest company, with a good reputation.
You won't be disappointed 🙂

Absolutely top class throughout. Everyone , whether it be in person, by email or on the phone are so helpful. We were delighted when Estuary Views quote came out best out of three suppliers we tried, as we had a good feeling about them from first meeting. They gave an approximate date for installation, and then confirmed exact date nearer the time. The fitters arrived promptly each day for what was a three day job- they are an absolute asset to the company. Such a lovely manner about them, they never stopped from the minute the arrived til they left. They never came to me with any problems whatsoever, they just cracked on and we are so happy with how our new windows look. Do not hesitate to use Estuary View.

A great experience from start to finish. Richard advised us well during our initial choice of windows, taking into account the character and quirks of our cottage, and our budget. The guys who then fitted the (Residence 7) windows were great; professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and tidily, and used their experience to create a great finish in each room, even when our wonky old cottage presented some unforseen issues 😬. Estuary View have supplied us with aluminium bi-fold doors and UPVC windows to our bespoke requirements. They were 100% reliable, reasonably priced, and their staff (both at the office and their fitters) were extremely professional, very friendly and helpful, and overcame a tricky problem swiftly and without question. Very high quality product, and very good to deal with. we have no hesitation in recommending them, and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We approached Estuary View after getting eye-watering quotations from other local companies which were way beyond our budget

Estuary View's quote was WAY better, although I was a little concerned quality and service might be a bit substandard as a result. Not a bit of it! Richard and his team were 100% on it from start to finish, and the installers were a pleasure to have on site. There were a couple of minor niggles, but they got into it right away and sorted them quickly

Cannot fault Elliott and his team for their superb job. Great value for money (by far the best of our 3 quotes) the windows are beautiful and the quality of the installation was really impressive. We are delighted! We were at work every day but always came home to a spotless house as they had cleaned up after themselves so well. Would highly recommend.
